Bytessence Software offers free support for all our software titles. Please send us your message via e-mail at the adresses below or use the contact form. Suggestions or bug reports are always welcome. 

After sending your inquiry, please allow 24-48 hours before re-sending the messages. Also if you did not receive an answer for your problem in the mentioned time, check your spam folders. Usually the filters block messages from addresses that are not on the white list.
